However, even before the death of the minister, a criminal case was opened on Larichev. He was accused of having illegally received financial assistance in the amount of rubles allegedly for the garage damaged during a hurricane in a cooperative in Pailevo.

Larichev objected: according to him, he did not even have a garage. Anatoly Larichev believes that the cause of the criminal case was the violations discovered by him. But the court considered it differently. In connection with the expiration of the statute of limitations from the punishment, Larichev was released, only obliging to return the money received.

It would seem not the worst outcome. But he did not arrange Anatoly Larichev - the man considers himself innocent and does not agree with the court decision. He disputed him in higher authorities, but lost everywhere. He notes that on the basis of paragraph 3 of Article 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, the criminal case of fraud is initiated only at the registered statement of the victim or his legal representative, independent lawyers confirm this, and in his case, says Larichev, this is not.

In addition, he emphasized that in the case file there is a handwriting study that showed that the signature on the report on material assistance was probably not set by Larichev's hand. The signature of the head of the special department of the Federal Fire Service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Mikhalchuk in his name was drawn up with a request for material assistance also raised doubts among the expert.

But only because he believed that it would be better to resolve the main business.After a month and a half, Anatoly Larichev sent a report by mail, in which he asked to consider the previous one invalid, resolving the consent to the decrease. Now, in his lawsuit, he asks to recognize unlawful to him unlawful before the established procedure for transferring to a lower position and restore it as a chief specialist in counteracting corruption in the Ministry of Emergencies in the Leningrad region.

In early January, after the sentence, Anatoly was fired. The dismissal order is dated January 9th. But, according to Anatoly Larichev, he did not receive an order, but an extract from this order by mail only on February 3. Larichev intends to dispute this refusal. In addition, he again filed a lawsuit against the Primorsky District Court, still disputing the dismissal, but already to the expanded number of defendants - to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region and to the ministry as a whole. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.

At first, the claim for eviction was suspended, because the courts considered the dispute in which Anatoly Larichev tried to recover at work. Now the consideration has been resumed. EMERCOM employees of work experience for 10 years or more have the right to receive a one -time housing subsidy. After dismissal from the Ministry of Emergencies under the article as a sentence in the criminal case, Anatoly Larichev was excluded from the queue for the subsidy. There were no hearings on the case yet. Now Larichev believes that lawyers did not qualify enough defense in the criminal process. The opinion of the Ministry of Emergencies about disputes with his already former employee is unknown.
