After graduation, he entered the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology at the Faculty of Physico and Chemistry. Having received a specialty, he worked as an engineer for 3 years, but already at that time he decides to devote himself to his beloved business - artistic creativity. Igor Vitalievich is successfully studying at the Faculty of Arts of Arts of the All -Union Correspondence University of Arts, and having received a second higher education, begins to teach fine art in a secondary specialized school.

Serious independent exercises began with a painting from a year, but the artist himself considers the beginning of his professional career for a year - then Igor Vitalievich Medvedev begins to exhibit, accepts the first orders, conducts teaching at school. He does not like to list his many exhibitions: “You can’t even mention everything, and there is something from the“ crafty ”in this.

The very first one took place in the year: after the November solo presentation of work in the Vilnius Youth Drama Theater, Lithuania, he confidently decides to continue the artistic career.
