And in the year the agency entered additional functions-on the medical and biological support of athletes of national teams of the Russian Federation. In the field of medical support for the sports of the highest achievements, we returned the high level of security that was during the Soviet Union and even higher, since under the USSR a unified central structure of sports medicine, which we have now formed, was not there.

The agency created a model of sports medicine, which showed itself perfectly in practice, ”the head of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency listed the main achievements. At the same time, Vladimir Uyba emphasized that successes became possible only thanks to the place that has been laid down for more than 60 years, since the third main department. The Federal Medical and Biological Agency paves the path to the medicine of the future, where human activity goes beyond nature, and without special biological support, its life is impossible.
