This is the story of a newly made librarian. The cozy backstage of the library life is everything that disappeared behind a strong outword of workdays. This was a modest routine: with the smell of old pages and a new fresh press, with flickering colored book roots and leisurely flow of time. But all this atmosphere is nothing more than a beautiful author’s concept.

In fact, I do not remember a single calm day within the walls of the native central library. In the reading room, a fluffy Christmas tree under the ceiling has already "grew". True, while completely naked, but this is only a matter of time. For unraveling the garlands and stringing the balls on the branches, funny conversations stretched. They remembered how this mysterious th - a leap!

Then the first spring-summer rains, when you think: “I’ll take a little bit and take off the hat”, holidays and family gatherings, summer white nights and conversations about the most hidden until early morning, the most expensive meetings you notice the yellowed leaves for the first time, and in a week you already watch fascinatedly how they spin over the heads of flocks, drinking warm tea with linge Jam, you shoot the first snow on the phone and are preparing to remember what this wonderful year was.

” Serving the events in your head, like old photos, you involuntarily smile. And you notice nearby the same happy nostalgiars. Biblio-orik girls noisily discuss how much they managed in all a year. And now I am with them. This was my first busy year with bright events and events in the library. We met on a grand scale. They invited one of the oldest music groups "Radiogang" and arranged an apartment in the library.

Well, what is the holiday without music? And since he promised to drag all a year, then they hit from the very beginning a strong good Nadym rock! Oh, and then we did not sway nothing so softens the roughness of our character as the care of the family and the joy coming from the children. It is in the family that we are accepted as we are, even if sometimes we growl, like dragons.

By the way, did you know that among the librarians there are many cultural volunteers? We really love to do good deeds.

This year, the Nadym Dobricenter was opened within the walls of our library, which united all those who are indifferent. Over a long 12 months, we did a lot of work to support those who needed it: they sent humanitarian aid to our heroes at his, residents of the Volnovakh district, the Kursk region, helped to raise funds to help children with disabilities, collected food and funds for animals from shelters, passed books and gifts for colleagues of the sprace areas.

With Volnovakha, we are now connected by many stories. This year we began full cooperation: we held methodological meetings, connected our colleagues to participate in our events, supported and exchanged experience. They strengthened the connections with other regions of Russia, conducted online meetings every month and shared useful knowledge. And on New Year's Eve, in a festive atmosphere, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Bakhchisaray Centralized Library System.

The co -creation of the south and the north will definitely give fruit! This year was full of travel and victories. Our librarians traveled to the Baikal International Youth Forum, a forum of young cultural and art workers "Tavrida. This year, 18 times we rejoiced at our successes and victories. We won grants totaling thousands of rubles. We direct all these funds to the development and promotion of our projects so that they are even more modern and more interesting.

Our well -read girls worked on library venues on the day of the reindeer herder - on the main traditional Yamal holiday, lit on the day of youth and escorted Nadym graduates into adulthood, talked about the most important family, love and fidelity. They were proud of our ancestors and contemporaries, heroes of great battles, on the day of the Great Victory.

This is an unusual city route by bus, during which librarians immerse passengers in the tradition of reading. Over the year, our express made more than 40 trips - this is more km on the way! In the meantime, some of our colleagues traveled around the city, other librarians traveled around Russia, advanced their qualifications.

No wonder in a year they so weightily replenished the piggy bank of our awards, which were shared in social networks! This year there were many good creative meetings. Nikita Anagurichi presented the new collection "Elevation". Natalya Massalskaya met with readers and also presented her new collection of poems “Wanderer”.By the end of the year, all city libraries held interesting meetings and master classes with Julia Nikitina, an artist and author of comics.

Our knitters, participants in the club “Binding Thread of the times” gather weekly in the cozy hall of the library, knit warm things for our heroes, warming the soldier with home care. The year completed as cool as they started. One of the largest events was the Yamal meetings.

This project appeared on the initiative of Governor of Yamal Dmitry Artyukhov and is precisely popular with residents. This is a kind of cultural platform for communicating with the stars of the stage, show business and blogospheres. This year, the theater and cinema actress Valery Lanskaya and blogger-physicist Dmitry Pobilinsky came to visit the Nadymchan.
