If I managed in Minsk for city transport, it is good, and it went to the hostel on foot - I felt sorry for three rubles on a taxi. Although I earned well: 40 it turned out over the weekend. The farm was transported - a cow, a heifer, a pig, the hens made repairs, put the stoves, and then the gas began to lead. Here are my wedding money and came in handy. Of course, the first hands were very sick. And how much was angry! But there was no way out. It was from food-bread and milk. With what impatience they waited for Easter in order to shoot white sd. And so mom mostly baked black, rye bread.

Aleksankin, for example, was replaced by two horses: on one he traveled to lunch, on the second - after. One could not withstand the load. It was to him that I came to work as a new technique specialist, and then became an engineer in labor -intensive processes. From nothing, in fact, created a firmly standing farm on his feet. Young energetic Mikhail Alexandrovich very favorably invested money earned by the team in the construction of new farms and equipment. Not a single penny is lost! And on October 26, at a general meeting, a secret vote elected me to the chairman. Then the head of state set the task of erecting a modern automated milky-current complex for heads.

The first in the country. To save money, they built a household. Then everyone saw the prospects for industrial production of milk. It was a big jump! If anyone 10 years ago said that Belarus would take fifth place in the world in the export of milk, he would not have believed. And today I am proud that the start of this was given in our farm. Money in agriculture comes through land.

There will be no good results in crop production, we will not be able to feed cattle and birds - we will not get the result in animal husbandry. Over the past 17 years, we tripled the production of both meat and milk. In terms of getting anymore last year, more than 11 thousand kilograms on the cow entered the five best in the country. Over the year, 8 million dollars of net profit were received.

In the structure of gross production of agricultural products of the Nesvizh district, we occupy about 40 percent. Per day, we produce 45 tons of sausages and meat delicacies, 40 tons of dairy products and 16 thousand canned cans. Somehow with the Karkmit in official matters were in Minsk. And Mikhail Alexandrovich went into one of the capital's prodmags, where a friend worked. She sold several sticks of sausage.Leaving the products and promising to bring the loader who allegedly sold them, rushed to the car - and on gas.

So we were left without sausage, but avoided troubles. We go home and indignant: “We produce so much meat and milk, but we ourselves can’t buy anything?! The refrigeration chamber was re -profiled, a small meat processing workshop was built, and sausages began to produce. At first in small batches, in kilograms, they reached a ton. Then they began to release stew. There was no particular experience, everyone was comprehended by trial and error.

They began to develop poultry farming: they arranged new poultry houses, built their killer workshop. And at first they drove a bird for slaughter in Minsk. And so every year step by step expanded. Today we are already releasing about types of products. The bet is now only on innovation, progressive technologies to increase efficiency and strengthen the economy!

Each square meter of land, every liter of milk and a kilogram of meat should give the greatest return with good added value. The struggle goes for every tenth percentage. With our volumes, these are tens of tons of milk and meat. But the SPK "Dreams" has not yet reached its ceiling! Agriculture is a difficult matter. Sometimes you don’t sleep at night, you all think: how will this or that idea affect the farm?

In order for the result, it is necessary to love the land and people who work on it selflessly. Of course, we are looking for new sales areas. We have high hopes for the Eurasian Economic Union - a promising common market of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. And to the cooperation of the farmers of these countries, in order to enter the third markets together and the united forces to win positions already under the flag of the EAEU.

About 15 years ago, because of my then shortsighted, we made, as I think, an unforgivable mistake. At that time, it seemed that Russia is huge and dimensionless and our products there would always be a place there. Today, alas, we are limited by our own production. I would very much like to get a halal certificate to enter the eastern markets. But our two slaughter lines do not yet allow this.
