And this, according to relatives, was inherited to him. His father, Nikolai Ivanovich, devoted his whole life to his native collective farm "Iskra", in the village of Annovka, Korochansky district.

He worked for 50 years as an agronomist and tractor driver. Grandfather, Ivan Vasilievich, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, also worked as a foreman of the tractor brigade on his native collective farm until 70 years old, wore the title of labor veteran and honorary resident of the village. Responsible, hardworking and conscientious, they all of their souls were leaning for a matter of entrusted to them.

Repeatedly awarded with diplomas, precious gifts and trips to the sanatorium. Alexander inherited from parents not only business qualities - the ability to fulfill certain labor duties, but also personal ones. He is kind, sociable, executive. And the most positive feature of his character is decency. It is these qualities that help him build relationships with colleagues, superiors, fellow villagers.

Comrades at work said that Alexander Bezh is just a good person: he always responds to any help without sparing his strength and time. Photo: Alexander’s personal archive, Alexander Nikolaevich, began his career in the year, after the end of the Korochansky state farm-technical school, on the collective farm “Kirov’s memory” as an assistant foreman.

A year later, he was invited to work in the Russian collective farm “Russia”, who had just headed the farm, chairman Nikolai Kapustin, who had previously worked with Alexander in the same household as the main zootechnics. Noticing in a guy a hardworking, responsible and energetic young specialist, Nikolai Romanovich offered him three positions at once: the team leader of a complex brigade, an agricultural chemist and an agronomist-machinerator.

Only I didn’t have to think for a long time: on the day when the issue of employment was resolved, the ZIL collective farm machine was sent to Rossosh for fertilizers. The chairman told the driver that a new agronomist will go with him now and ordered Alexander to gather on a long road at a pace. So Alexander began to work as an agronomist-chemist, and in parallel to the reclamer. His wife Natalia, who had just graduated from the technical school at that time, was employed by the personnel inspector.

As young specialists who arrived on the collective farm, they were given up in the amount of six salaries for each and they provided housing. I reacted positively to any request. Every morning, pensioners and collective farmers crowded at the door of his office, with whom he wrote out meat, sunflower oil and grain at a preferential price. He provided all specialists and newlyweds with new apartments.

I am happy that I was familiar with such a wonderful leader. Everyone who worked with him remained a bright memory of Nikolai Romanovich, ”said Alexander. In the village of Kalinovo, the bad luck worked for three years. Here they had a son Vyacheslav with his wife, and, being on maternity leave, the wife persuaded her husband to leave for her native village Streletskoye.

In October, Alexander already worked on the Lenin collective farm by the machine operator. The responsible tractor driver overfulfilled all the given standards, efficiently performed any work, for which he was soon awarded the award and was listed on the collective farm board. The chairman of the collective farm Yakov Lopatin decided to build the three best machine operators at home.

Among them was Alexander Care. Alexander thanked Yakov Grigoryevich for his generosity, but he refused to help and he began to build a house. The construction was not a slight business for young people, whose hands were already two young children. She dragged on for as long as six years. On this collective farm, the costs worked for eight years, then try himself in business - he traded in the market with various foods.

Currently, Alexander is working in the Biryuch NOC for more than five years by the machine operator and as a responsible landscaping brigade. For good work and labor organization, he was listed on the board of the honor of this organization. The children of Alexander Bezuh grew up worthy citizens of the country. Daughter, Valentina Care, glorifies her native land in Moscow. She is a soloist of the Moscow State Academic Theater "Russian Song", under the artistic leadership of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation Nadezhda Babkina.

For their sake, I am ready to work endlessly. From any work I enjoy. Recently, his son announced the pleasant news - the fourth six -year -old granddaughter Polina was accepted at the Voronezh secondary music school, to where her older brothers are studying. This is a school for children with a musical bias.When they come to us, in Streletskoye, they always arrange a musical performance: thirteen -year -old Ivan plays a guitar, a ten -year -old Ilya on a violin, a seven -year -old lion on a piano.

The youngest, Milan, was recently turned a year old. She is only dancing to their music. In a word, they don’t let me get bored. I admit, these are the happiest moments in my life, ”the interlocutor shared. Accustomed to rural work from childhood, he built a large brick bar on the site, in which he grows all living creatures, with pleasure caring for it. Among the photographs in the family album, I saw a certificate of the cook of the third category, which he received in "training" during a military service in Czechoslovakia.

In this path, he tested himself in full: for three years Alexander and his wife under the contract were engaged in the preparation and sending of complex dinners to workers to the pig farms of the Belogorye Society. For several years, the Family Family Practicized the Personal Cafe in the city of Biryuch, had a private store in the village of Streletskoye. Over the 60s lived, Alexander Nikolayevich had many happy days about which he shared with me in the process of conversation.
