How wide the product is the company that produces, which is in demand most of all? Of course, the construction of the plant was phased, as well as the development of various products. It all started with special products for the needs of the Second World War. Then there was an access to the civilian market, experience in the production of projection systems: at some stage, video projectors were even produced in the Soviet period.

One of the directions that appeared after the Great Patriotic War and continues to develop at present is ophthalmology. Today, being part of the Schvaba holding and the Rostec state corporation, we also release general -industrial devices. In particular, spectrophotometers that allow you to investigate the chemical composition and concentration of substances in liquids. There was an experience of production and individual dosimeters.

This direction remains today, but not as in demand as ophthalmological and general -industrial devices. Now the ratio has shifted a little, but we do not forget to engage in a civilian. What and in what countries do you export today? This is mainly a medical and general -industrial direction: slit lamps and photometers. Surely this is a continuous process. This process is constant and continuous.

On issues of modernization of general industrial products, we listen to the needs of the market. We work on the creation of equipment that can recognize a larger number of elements in liquid solutions. True, we do not invent new devices in this regard, since we are, first of all, a plant for medium and large serial production, although recently we are constantly thinking about it, we are looking for niches.

As for medicine: we update the appearance, improve tactile characteristics and ergonomics of products, and also engage in its digitalization. In particular, we consider the implementation of wireless modules with common computer medical networks so that doctors are conveniently working in modern information systems that develop in the healthcare system. For example, there is a new development created together with the Research Institute of Eye Diseases.

Krasnov, - an ophthalmological analyzer of an individual norm of intraocular pressure. This is a unique product designed to diagnose glaucoma in the early stages today there are practically no solutions - the disease can be recognized in later stages, when it is difficult to cure the patient. Our development was registered in the Ministry of Health, and the clinical testing of the methodology used in the device together with the Research Institute of Eye Diseases and the Ministry of Health has been organized at present.

As soon as we go through all the stages - I think this will happen within a year - we will bring the analyzer to the market. This completely new product will begin to start timely treatment of glaucoma, and also help to avoid serious operations and maintain vision. Then it became clear that the explosion thundered in the adjacent territory. What is there? It occurred on the land of a private enterprise belonging to him on the basis of ownership-"Piro-Ross".

The SK detained the technical director of Piro-Ross, I think that we will learn more about the reasons after the investigation of the criminal case, which has now been instituted. This incident is a great tragedy for the whole city and for us. First of all, people were injured, production was damaged. A few dozen meters from the Piro-Ross site is our boiler room, which is caused by great damage.

The plant workshops are also damaged. Now we are doing everything possible, including with the support of a holding company in order to eliminate this damage. We sew window openings, order new windows. From the point of view of efficiency, I want to note the employees of the entire plant, thanks to which already on the third day after the incident it was possible to launch separate sections of the workshops, including the assembly, testing station and, in principle, partially resume the work.

Today, the entire technological chain is functioning in a stable mode. Within 10 days we launched all the areas. People are already fully working, the plant continues to produce products. I want to note that many employees expressed a desire to participate in the primary elimination of destruction. On the first day, the security guard explained to colleagues that it was not necessary to work today and that, despite the non -working day, the salary would be preserved.

As a result, I had to quickly compile lists of those who wish, and in the first three days we were engaged in the analysis of the rubble by common forces that only specially trained people were involved in the work in dangerous places. Today, all employees are already busy in their places.In general, the team showed maximum cohesion. Is it functioning now? Cold soon.

According to the conclusions of Rostekhnadzor specialists, it is inoperative. We plan to launch a new boiler room for factory needs and social objects that will eat from it before the end of October. Under this complex, a platform on the territory of the plant has already been allocated and the necessary capacities are determined, the installation of a pit and foundations is performed.

For the speedy resumption of heat supply, we are working with the regional Ministry of Energy and the city administration. The government of the Moscow region also actively helps us. Have you evaluated the damage? Groups of specialists, the engineering composition of the plant are working, each room is described. It is obvious that it is too early to talk about the amount of damage, but taking into account the fact that we have lost the boiler room, this is definitely hundreds of millions.

You need to understand that there may be a lot of hidden damage. So far, we describe only visual damage: the collapsed suspended ceilings, internal partitions, knocked out doors and windows. Now the check continues and areas are determined where, probably, a tool examination of the supporting structures is required. That is, we still have to calculate the volume of the necessary strengthening.

At the moment, only the boiler room and separate warehouses are recognized as emergency - the rest of the rooms are not damaged so much. In addition, the main volume of the machine park was not affected, the lines work regularly. There are questions on office equipment, after all, the explosion was very powerful: not only glass was knocked out, but also the frames.

They fell on office equipment and damaged it. I hope that until the end of the month they will fully form a list of detected defects. By the way, to accelerate defect work, active assistance is provided by employees of other enterprises of the Schwabe holding. We have colleagues from the Krasnogorsk plant. Fortunately, the insurance company understands the situation and does not artificially delay the issues of filling the damage, for confirmation of which we prepare all the necessary documents. If the capacities were not insured, we would not talk about the quick launch of the plant and the elimination of losses. It is also known about one deceased. Today, six specialists remain on sick leave and outpatient treatment, the rest have easy injuries, and these people are already partially going to work after recovery.

Also, one employee of the plant went missing and one colleague, unfortunately, died in intensive care. Many are still on sick leave, and there are those who have not yet been discharged from the hospital. We monitor the condition of our colleagues and are on constant connection with the health authorities. We determined that the compensation to the relatives will amount to 3 million rubles, those who need outpatient treatment for a long time - 1 million rubles, which have received more mild injuries - millennium.

For all injured workers during their absence, the average wage is maintained. We are talking about payments in addition to those that the employee receives from the Social Insurance Fund. Including the native women who passed away. Documents are sent for payment. Details, certificates are collected, the rest is the question of the transfer of funds. This process is on the special control of the holding.

Could you somehow prevent it? Because this site is historically occupied by different owners, and, according to the law, we cannot control their activities. There are several entrances to the territory, on two of them we regulate the passage of employees and travel. Others are in private territory. At the same time, objects located in a private territory, we have no right to inspect and check.

This is done by supervisory authorities that issue permits for work with certain materials. The plant has its own contour, where in full accordance with the rules and orders of both the holding and the Rostec state corporation, the inspection and passage of transport is carried out. And it seemed that it has the right to life - the blows of UAVs can now be called a rarity.

What important types of products do you produce in a special operation? In all areas that we are engaged, we see an increase in orders and needs, and one cannot distinguish one thing. Yes, some products are more expensive-they are smaller, some cheaper, and they are produced more simply because they are used in each type of armored vehicles and their useability is more massive.

But throughout the nomenclature of our devices, we see interest and we note the significance of products in detail to describe the types of special products due to observance of safety. Still, within the framework of a special military operation, military operations are underway. There is a technique that requires maintenance or repair, there is a need to produce spare parts, new products.Of course, all this strongly affects the volume of release, and we see that demand has increased both this year and in the past.
