My creative path began with kindergarten age. Years with I began to select any music that I heard, on a children's synthesizer. The class from the 5th I began to write music, and from 15 years-poems. And, of course, I am very pleased. Victoria Talyshinskaya: I loved to sing from early childhood, back in two years I climbed a snowdrift and sang “Black Eyes” to the old women in the yard.

But seriously, I was engaged in ballet. I danced in the Loktevsky ensemble, took classic ballet lessons and was preparing to enter the Golovinsk School. The famous ballerina Lilia Sabitova, with whom I was engaged, said a very wise thing that the child should dream of a ballet, because units are knocked into soloists, and most remain in the corps de ballet. And that you need to weigh your decision once and firmly make sure that this is exactly what you are ready to devote your life.

I was not ready. A little later, I got into the ensemble at first a political song, and later the songs of the peoples of the world “Grenada”, where I began to sing. We performed a lot at various festivals of Latin American countries, drove with tour twice to Cuba. Later, I studied at the studio at the Gnesinsky School, where I was taken to the contest “Morning Star”, and there I won the audience sympathy.

Later, in the same studio at the final exam, I was selected for the role of the ReySL in the play “Wandering Stars” along Sholom-Aleichem at the State Jewish Musical Theater “Lehaim”. So, while still studying at school, at the age of 16 I became a soloist of the State Theater. Probably, in the meantime, I am proud of the most. I never dreamed about the career of the pop singer.

But we met Alexander Showa, and my summer path in Nepar began. There are turning points in any business. What were you? Vladimir Kurto: A turning point in my work came when one of my songs fell into the post of Ukrainian producer Yuri Faleos, former producer Ani Lorak, Miki Newton and others. It was a year, in my opinion. After listening to my song, he called me back and offered to move to Kyiv and cooperate.

From that time, my full life began in show business. Victoria Talyshinskaya: There were probably three turning points. The first is the departure from theatrical activity and getting into show business. The second is the collapse of the Nepara and the beginning of a new path in the group "2 ocean". And the third is the birth of my daughter Vari. The third is especially a turning point.

The birth of a daughter divided my life by before and after. How do ideas come to you, what inspires? Vladimir Kurto: It always happens differently. Sometimes I dream of melodies and poems, and sometimes the idea of ​​a song just comes - one might say, "from nowhere from." It is difficult to explain, and for me this is a mystery. Victoria Talyshinskaya: My daughter inspires me, her successes, achievements and joy.

They overload, in the good sense of the word, they give strength - travels, a change in the scene, new impressions during travel and, of course, the sea. This is absolutely my element. Favorite music films, books? Vladimir Kurto: Since I like to write in different genres, I listen to the music very diverse. It can be rock, chanson, and electronics, but the only thing that unites all these styles in my playlists is earlier tracks, and not that they are now stamping without a soul.

I do not like to read books. And I love films in three genres: these are militants, for example, “Carrier”, comedy - “Zhmurki” or “Boy in Vegas”, drama, say, “Sweet November”. Victoria Talyshinskaya: There is nothing beloved, there is something that is suitable for today's mood. From music today, jazz can inspire me, and tomorrow I will hum and listen to romances. Previously, I read a lot, now, unfortunately, I read less often, I have more rest for films.

I love fantasy and science fiction. I watch films completely different. I love TV shows too. Historical, adventure, fantasy, with medical subjects. How can you characterize yourself in a nutshell? Vladimir Kurto: Good and justice. Victoria Talyshinskaya: I am a straightforward person and dare to think that a fair, faithful friend and good mother. Describe your greatest achievement and the most impressive failure?

Vladimir Kurto: You won’t believe it, I can not remember a single failure. Not because they were not there, but because I do not consider them to be such. Did something happen? Let's go on! And I think my main achievement every time I write and create something new. The last song is always beloved for me, and this is always a joyful event in my life. Victoria Talyshinskaya: My greatest achievement is the birth of my daughter.I don’t remember any failures.

Failures brought me experience and made me stronger. Have you had to step through your principles in professional activities? Vladimir Kurto: It was, of course. It was when I worked with arrangements, and not with songs. Quite template tasks were set, from which I was turned inside out, but it was necessary to fulfill them, although I knew that the result would be no.

But I am glad to this lesson: “Until you love and put part of yourself into the music, you will not hook anyone, and it doesn’t matter whether it is an arrangement or just a song for a guitar or a piano.” Victoria Talyshinskaya: No, I did not have to. I always followed my life principles and continue to follow them. What is happening at the moment with your work? What are your plans?

Vladimir Kurto: We have a wonderful duet - “2 ocean”. We have already released the first album, which is called “Do not look down”, now we are preparing the second. I also write new songs for many other artists. Victoria Talyshinskaya: Our plans are very simple and consistent. Record of new songs and the shooting of the clip. What do you like to do in your free time? Vladimir Kurto: I like to relax with my family somewhere outside the city, in nature and ride a bike.

Victoria Talyshinskaya: I like to spend time with my daughter, walk, watch new places. I like to watch a movie, meet friends. Sometimes I play computer games when time allows. How did the first success come to you? Vladimir Kurto: I believe that the first success came to me just when I, a boy from the city of Snow, got to Yuri Falez and ended up in the present in show business!

Victoria Talyshinskaya: The first success came to me at school. When my photo was printed on the first lane of the newspaper Pionerskaya Pravda. Then I sang in the Grenada ensemble, and talked about some concert. I remember that when I saw this newspaper, I experienced emotions that I did not experience at any major concert. This is probably the very first success.

What was the most difficult for you? Vladimir Kurto: For me, it was always the most difficult and remained - to maintain faith in myself. Victoria Talyshinskaya: I have a very interesting creative path.
